On the 23rd Aug 16 members left the retreat for Tain, unbelievably great weather, great roads, everything fine apart from Garry's radiator getting holed and Davie having a small off which meant they had to go home, fortunately no one hurt. 
Some found the run a bit long, not enough stops, and unfortunately we missed our lunch stop as it was shut when we arrived at cafe. Maybe better prep next time, however the hotel made up for it. Everyone split up for meals but all met up later in the local, good laugh. Next morn and a lovely breakfast, just glad Alan didn't get sword off the wall to stab mark. 
Then a quick run home, but not quick enough for some, I had to lift Ann off bike and carry her indoors, she advised me to buy a harley. still a good weekend tho.
