Daryl from BCG Bikes in Channel Street Galashiels donated  various items to the club to raffle off at the Kelso bike show. The items included a spada jacket and gloves and a brand new motorcycle helmet. All members that were at the bike show during the weekend took turns in manning the club stall and several of them including Billy sold raffle tickets priced at £1 each  to everyone who was passing the stall.  Many members of the public simply made donations which we are very grateful for. Tam had spoken to the people at Lothian & Borders "Speed Aware" campaign who donated lots of items free of charge, which were distribute on the stand at the show. Billy and Carol  contacted Sick Kids Friends Foundation and arranged for a convenient time that the funds raised could be presented to them. Several members of the club attended this presentation went well and several pictures were taken. We would like to give big thanks to everyone who was involved in this worthwhile fund raiser.
