The club would like to thank everyone who took part in the Blood Run.  In its sixth year now, not to be tethered by a cold March morning, twenty made the pilgrimage to the Blood Transfusion Centre at Lauriston
Place Edinburgh, from Bonnyrigg be it on seventeen bikes and one car. Safe parking was provided by Frances Steel (Donor recruitment officer) and Duncan's car parked on a meter. Fourteen donations of blood given our best ever to date. Charged after several cups of tea, cold drinks and what seemed a hundred teacakes. Our first port of call being Saltire Suzuki where Abe, Callum and staff kindly prepared
sandwiches, hot and cold drinks etc, also offering 10% discount on merchandise to members on the day, all of which was very much appreciated, while Kenny was still trying hard to strike a deal with Abe on his Kawasaki Z1000.Second stop being Gordon and Paulas, Bike Wear at Dalkeith road, good
opportunity to see the new kit the shop has for the coming bike season. Our third and last stop at BMW Motorrad Dalkeith, where Tracy, Graham and staff had prepared hot and cold drinks with buffet while some  members drooled over the bikes some where still drooling over the food, not to mention names but those undertakers sure did have a big appetite.      Jimmy
